I had been feeling like a passenger princess (in a bad way 😆) and in a funk. the new fall season has helped me to snap out of it but I’ve also been working hard on myself & have spent the
past several days re-energizing with the things that light me up - HIGHLY RECOMMEND if you are in a funk…

Here was my rx:
🏋🏼‍♀️ Gym
🛀 magnesium + rose bath
🕯️ lighting my favorite candles
💆🏼‍♀️ scalp spa night
🏔️ lots of time outside
✍🏼 journaling
🧖🏼‍♀️ skincare head to toe
👗 dopamine dressing
🗒️ responding to emails/texts
👨‍👩‍👧 family time

Skincare is a “little” - okay, maybe not so li

Skincare is a “little” - okay, maybe not so little luxury that I am so passionate about. Here is my current routine using effective & clean products to nourish & protect your skin ✨

1. Toner: I use a toner instead of washing my face in the AM as washing can be harsh (I only wash at night). This rose toner gently rinses away anything lingering on my face.

2. Vitamin C serum: omggg you guys, this is so good. You know SkinCeuticals CE Ferulic?! This product has the SAME ingredients and is $20 vs. $182. A HG

3. Hyaluronic Acid: A must for my dry skin without making me greasy.

4. Sunblock: 100% organic physical sunblock - wears beautifully under makeup

Here’s what I did:

1. I stopped waiting for permission - and I got comfortable choosing myself by banishing limiting beliefs.

2. Got crystal clear on my two sets of values and began to understand what I needed to shed and what I needed to focus on for fulfillment. Some of my core values are: fun, integrity, humor, and creativity. 💓

2. Stepped into my authenticity and created new habits and patterns that have become automatic.

And side note: this is ALWAYS a work in progress. In this season of life, I am so happy to say that I have created a life that feels aligned. One of the biggest motivators for me is my daughter and being able to dedicate much of my time to her and do things not only on the weekends (and not on a job I wasn’t passionate about etc).
