I showed the CBD Oil from NuLeaf on my Instagram stories about awhile back, and I know it’s taken me forever to write a post about it, but I really wanted to see what it was all about first.
First things first, you might be wondering what CBD is. I feel like so many people confuse it with WEED. It’s not. Confession: I have never tried weed/smoked pot so I really don’t have that to compare CBD to. Go ahead, call me a big prude!
CBD is an abbreviation for Cannabidoids, a chemical compound found naturally in the cannabis plant. It is not mind altering like marijuana, which means CBD will not get you all high. It provides a really tranquil feel for me. NuLeaf CBD oil is a whole-plant extract containing a full spectrum of naturally occurring synergistic cannabinoids and terpenes. It is 100% Organic, uses NO herbicides, pesticides, or chemical fertilizers. I totally trust NuLeaf and love the oil!
So, how to use it? There are so many ways, but I prefer to place 5ish drops underneath my tongue. Wait 30 seconds to let it dissolve and that’s it. It provides such a relaxing feel, which I love. Some other ways you could use CBD oil: mix it in with massage oil to reduce muscle pain or add a few drops to your tea or coffee. I use it solely for anxiety, however CBD oil has many benefits:
+ Helps with arthritis
+ Swelling and inflammation
LOVE that it is a safe alternative to over the counter drugs.
So, have you tried CBD oil? Love it? Hate it? Please share!
