If you follow me on Instagram, you might have seen that I had been testing out a bunch of different workout shoes over the last couple of months. I have been running a lot more: 3-4 miles per day, about 4 days per week. I have developed plantar faciatis and it had become more unbearable when it came to running. I needed new shoes, bad.
I went to a running store, had my feet scanned and analyzed, and found out that I had been wearing the wrong shoe size. Tip: try wearing a half size or full size up from your regular shoe size when it comes to fitness shoes. Why? Your feet swell when they get warm. When I put an older pair of running shoes on after getting some new ones, I thought, how the hell did I wear these?! They were so uncomfortable.
