Clean eating is very important to me to feel my best and to stay healthy.
If you’ve followed my blog and/or social media channels for awhile, you might know that I am kind of psycho and picky about food. I am the most sensitive (physically and emotionally) person ever, so it was only natural for me to go (almost) vegan. I was already pretty strict about being gluten free and mostly paleo due to the above reason, in addition to the extensive research that I have done on wheat and sugar.
I will do a full post on my food philosophy at some point, but there is so much to say! I want to lay it all out there in a readable, non-offensive way.
For now, I hope that you enjoy this little grocery haul! These items are my food staples, and I am really looking forward to sharing more about food, wellness, and fitness here on this little ‘ol blog!
