Intermittent fasting is one of the hottest trends right now. What happens to your body when fast on an intermittent basis is a science unto itself, and the question of whether intermittent fasting is actually good for you is a difficult one to answer definitively. Today I am sharing my personal experience with IF and some research that I have done that digs specifically into what happens to women’s bodies when we fast.
