Regardless of your relationship status, you already have the perfect person in your life…YOU! I thought today, of all days, would be the perfect time to share some self-love prompts to promote self care regardless of your status.
I know there are so many fucking Facebook articles that link to “SELF CARE TIPS!” “HOW TO LOVE YOURSELF!” etc. You know you’ve seen them! There are way too many, telling you you should love yourself. But HOW do we do the work? Anyone else feel like the ‘HOW’ is usually a missing link in these fluffy articles?
So…I’m going to share some journal prompts with you and if you do them, I promise that you will understand and love yourself more.
Journaling is such a powerful practice that allows you to reflect on yourself and become more self-aware. It has completely transformed my life and it’s FREE.
Here are the prompts that have been so meaningful for me to to grow more confidence and worthiness…
Keep in mind that self-love is not something that just happens overnight (I’ve learned from experience and we are all works-in-progress!). Loving yourself comes with a high vibration and feeling that can be accessed after other emotions such as acceptance and joy.
With that, here are the self-love prompts:

♡ Where in my life do I have feelings of unworthiness for my own love?
♡ What limiting/negative beliefs do I have about myself?
♡ Am I holding on to something that I can let go?
♡ What are 3 things that am I proud of myself for?
♡ What makes me unique? How can I use this uniqueness more in my life?
♡ What is one thing I can do today that will make me feel great?
♡ What are 5 things my past self would love about my current self?
♡ What do I love about my body?
