You know when you go to a fancy restaurant and they serve fancy butters like cinnamon butter, honey butter, raspberry butter…etc? Well, I just learned that these ‘infused’ butters, if you will, are so easy to make. And this one is vegan. In fact, you can make really any flavor you want with vegan butter.

Vegan strawberry butter sans sugar atop brown rice vegan toast = guilt free perfection. 

The ingredients:

+ 2 cups vegan butter (I use Earth Balance)

+ 1 tblsp coconut sugar or raw agave 

+ 1 cup fresh strawberries

Pulse all ingredients in a blender (I use the Ninja Pro) until whipped.

That’s it!

Warning: You will probably want to eat this stuff with a spoon…it’s that amazing.
