Happy Friday! What better day to talk about cocktails?
This recipe is the best cocktail I have ever made, and I stormed this idea up by thinking about what kinds of non-alcoholic beverages that I love. I took two of them and mixed with vodka and the outcome is delicious…a probiotic cocktail.
Yep, you read that right. I drink kombucha almost daily and really like the gut health aspect of drinking it.
Mixing it up with vodka is genius for a yummy cocktail, if I do say so myself. In line with keeping things healthy(ish), I concoct this cocktail with Green Hope Vodka, which is 100% USDA Certified Organic, non-GMO and gluten free. I love that they ethically source their ingredients from socially responsible farmers too, a practice I always try to support when I shop for groceries.

Probiotic Cocktail Recipe
Start with chilled vodka and a chilled glass.
+ 1-2 ounces of Green Hope Vodka
+ 1-2 tablespoons of kombucha (I like Synergy Raspberry with chia seeds)
+ 1/2 tablespoon sparkling water
+ a pinch of fresh grated ginger
