Have you ever been invited to a wedding, and you’re stumped on what in the world to wear? Interpreting the invitation’s dress code suggestion can be confusing, too.
My go-to for ANY wedding is to wear a long dress because longer dresses instantly make your look more glamorous. Secondly, go with a neutral color. Neutrals like blush, beige, silver or gold metallics, or black…yes, black(!) works for just about any wedding style from black tie to white tie to formal to dressy. Just make sure that you steer clear of white unless instructed to do so! I am a paranoid person, so I won’t wear a lick of white, even if it is in a pattern on a dress. Nope.
Dressing up or dressing down a long dress is pretty easy. I am a repeat offender when it comes to over-dressing, and I just love how these super glam earrings, sparkly bracelet, and pops of gold and rose gold in my shoes and bag brought the whole look together.
